Jessica lives with husband Dusty and son Kai (born in 2014).  She has owned and operated her own clinic of East Asian Medicine (acupuncture, herbs, massage) since 2006 in Gunnison Colorado.  She now works doing allergy treatments with Advanced Allergy Therapeutics out of Alpine Acupuncture as well.  She started studying mindfulness in 1998 at Naropa University and continued with John Bruna in 2008.  Since then she has served as the Board President for Way of Compassion Foundation for over a decade and become an MLP Certified Mindfulness teacher.  She has found mindfulness to help all aspects of her life from motherhood to business owner.  She enjoys time in the mountains and ocean, gardening, watching her son grow and learn, and camper trips with the family.
