Our Services

Our 8 week Mindfulness Foundations Course is a  lively and engaging 20 hour course that combines the practice of meditation and the practical application of mindfulness in daily life. Develop practical skills to live with intention and attention, and cultivate inner peace, wellness, and genuine happiness. To explore online courses by other teachers starting in July click here.


Jess and Dusty do not have any local classes currently on the schedule, but we will add more in the fall.  If you would like to learn more, come to a Mindfulness in Life Meet Up on the third Sunday of each month (more info on the left) or reach out by phone or email (see our individual pages).
